Ms. Rivera is an exceptional and experienced Real Estate Agent. My particular situation was very difficult as the house I was selling was under guardianship control with minor children listed as the owners. The extent of paperwork needed from the courts to complete the sale of the home was very extensive. Collaboration from all parties involved was a must. Ms. Rivera understood the process, and managed to close the sale without anyone loosing faith. I would say, dealing with the court system regarding guardianship matters was one of toughest scenarios anyone can endure, but Ms. Rivera was on top of it. I would recommend Ms. Rivera for any of your Real Estate transaction needs. Her professionalism , ability to problem solve and communicate is top level. She has not only work with me, but also family and close friends. My family and I are forever grateful for her services!
